Wellington, FL February 8th, 2012 – SERKET Racing (, a new force in Porsche racing, recently announced that driver Mark Llano placed 2nd in class and 6th overall in the 90 minute enduro race at the 20th Annual PCA 48 Hours at Sebring International Raceway.

Serket driver Mark Llano takes a break from the action at the 20th annual PCA Club 48 Hours at Sebring race.

The 2013 48 Hours at Sebring featured four-days of PCA sanctioned Club races and consisted of three-90 minute enduro races, two-45 minute sprint races and a night race. Teams from 35 states as well as international racers made the trip to Sebring to compete in this year’s event, which was held January 31st – February 3rd, 2013.

“First of all, I’d like to dedicate this race, and win to Chris Kyle,” said driver and Marine veteran, Mark Llano. “I had the honor of meeting with Chris recently and I was amazed at not only his humility but also his generosity; I’m not sure if people know about the incredible work he was doing with the veterans’ community. He was representative of everything we should be proud of as Americans; a living, breathing hero and a true patriot. At SERKET Racing, our saying is, Warriors Live By A Code…™, and Chris lived by that code. He believed as we do, that our veterans need our help and that we take care of our own…and although he is no longer with us, we will continue our mission of ensuring that our best and bravest have a chance of achieving the American dream they have fought for so long to protect.”

American war hero and Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle and Serket driver Mark Llano met at a charity event earlier this year.

“As for the race, we had a fantastic run at Sebring. The track is one of the most challenging courses on the circuit and we were competing against drivers from all over the world, but our team dug in and got a great result this weekend. We’re ready for the season to start!”
